ハワイものビート集「MAHALO」に続き、豪華布陣を招いたDUCK DOWNからの「Popilation Control」の嬉しいヴァイナル化はTUFF KONGより！しかも2LP！
時期で言うとアクション・ブロンソンとの名盤「Well-Done」のリリース時に近いということで、必然的にその品質は間違いの無いもの、鳴るドラムと分かりやすいクールなサンプリング、そして下記の面子を招聘し、そこにSSの、1982の情熱をまぶしたというそのアウトプットの全てがトピックめいて輝いていた作品だけに今回のリリースはかなり嬉しい...涙
繰り返しますがやはりこれは2LPで出た意味がでかい最高の一枚だと言えますね。個人的にはLP化した1stと並ぶ衝撃でありました。未聴の方はまずはこのACTION BRONSONとのMVを見て頂ければ。
そしてリリース時は存命だったSEAN PRICEの動く姿に胸が熱くなりつつ....。
